Customer Service, Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING:
EMJ Ships most items via USPS First Class Mail. From the purchase date, orders are normally fulfilled in 1 business day and will arrive within 2-3 days of your order. Delivery confirmation tracking will be provided via email when the order ships for tracking purposes.
If you would like to use another shipping option, please email info@elizabethmariejewelry.com with the preferred method after you place your order with "URGENT SHIPPING" in the subject line and we will reply ASAP.  We will gladly ship FedEx, or USPS Express if the customer requests an upgrade.

RETURNS: 
Our Return Policy Is Simple:  90-day Returns from the day the order was placed.  Items must be in the original unworn condition, and with original packaging to be returned.  Buyer pays return shipping to EMJ studio for all returns.  Returns are only for online purchases.  Boutique purchases must be returned to the store where it was purchased.

If there are ever any defects or if a piece is broken or lost, please contact our customer service team: info@elizabethmariejewelry.com.  Repairs are provided free of charge and are typically completed within 1-2 weeks or less.
